This is a prototype of a flight mechanic based on four-channel plane controls (minus the rudder, which is combined with the ailerons as AD input). All models/textures/animations made in Blender, all sounds from Freesound.org under the full CC license. Made for the Cornell DGA Winter Jam, 2024. Original idea was for  players to steal shiny objects from park-goers as a magpie. I hope to develop this further in the future! (If you're a Cornellian, press C.) The UI instructions leave out the instructions for taking off: run forwards, press and hold space, and release the W key, as this becomes the "pitch down" control and can cause instant crashes.


ps. Cornell please don't sue me I already pay you tuition. 

pps. This got crunched when Unity optimized it for web, the shadows and rendering distances are usually much better.
